We can absolutely help in selling your land. However it is subject to the value of the land location on how we charge for the service of that property.
Yes, we do have some minimum requirements to keep this model effective. At this time the minimum sold price threshold to qualify for the 1% commission listing is $350,000.00. If your property sells for less than that the total listing commission is still only 1.5%. Both parties must also agree on the listing price of the property to qualify for the 1% commission. Lastly, a property must enter a sales contract within 90 days of listing date to qualify for the 1% commission.
The short answer is “No,” you will soon not be able to offer a “buyers agent commission.” The new rule will only allow sellers to offer a “buyers concession.” This is completely a optional and negotiable piece with the buyers agent and sellers can either offer it up front or negotiate at the time an offer is received.
